Missions Opportunities |
| |
| We have renewed our emphasis on both home and foreign missions. Our missions board meets regularly and we supported one of our youth on a short term missions trip to help with Katrina rebuilding last spring. Pastor Bill's messages can also be heard on 99.5, Saturday mornings at 8:30 and Sunday evenings at 4:00. Below is information about two missions you can help us support if you are interested. Please feel free to request further details. |

About Us
Childs Hope International is a non-profit 501(c)(3) Christian organization dedicated to funding impoverished street children and orphans in Naivasha, Kenya. The AIDS epidemic has taken the lives of many of these children's parents. Those that have living relatives often suffer abuse due to the prevalence of alcoholism in response to the tremendous pressures of daily life. Survival is a constant challenge. Without help, children face prostitution, slavery and gang life, as well as starvation.

Common Grace Core Values
Reconciliation – To bring churches, civic associations and other local institutions together.
Restoration – To meet the spiritual, economic, educational and vocational needs of the people and community.
Resources – Rather than competing, to pool local talents and resources to accomplish common goals. |

Our Mission
The decision to support The Pallangyo's ministry to street children and orphans in Naivasha, Kenya was pivotal in determining the purpose and direction for Childs Hope International. Bishop Jeremiah Pallangyo visited the United States two years ago and brought to our attention the plight of the children in his town. It is a problem that exists throughout the world, which no single person or organization can solve. Childs Hope International was founded to join those, all over the world, working to bring relief to children who are suffering. It is our deepest hope that our work in Naivasha is the first of many future projects around the world. |
